EE, so must be cold. Most complained about provider for very good reasons. Best to have nothing to do with that shower.

So EE are rubbish and people say Vodafone are rubbish,so not being too clued up on these matters who do people rate as the best provider with the best customer service...oO

May look like a good deal but with EE you are guaranteed one thing during your 24 month contract - the price will rise during this period & it is not a fixed price contract. EE are awful in terms of customer service / Price hiking. I am currently in dispute with EE with their underhand tactics in increasing price mid way through a contract. If you want to see for yourselves go to Money Saving Expert & their forum site - just look at the Mobile phone contract - over 1000 replies & 58,000 views.
Sorry cold from me

Heat for the deal, more minutes and data and a fairly cheap way to get a S5 paying monthly.

People always slate EE for price rises. Every company does it, just some companies don't even tell you. Actually an offcom price rise. I've 3 different contracts in my name and all had price rises.

EE 4G side of things is superb. Mostly UK customer service too. Each to their own. Biggest network on the UK and most often very busy for sales. They must be doing something right.

Well that list can't be that long if I'm honest. I've been on tesco before and they were good on the whole to me. 02 have been okay although their CS have gone downhill to what it was before and they don't give a toss about customer retention. EE are rubbish for CS and possibly signal depending where you live. Virgin run on EE like Tesco run on 02. General trend seems to be people prefer MVNOs to actually network owners. 3 are meant to be good. Not so much for CS but for price and speed. T-Mobile and Orange are not exactly popular with no 4G and major throttling I hear. Ovivo or whatever it was called had its fans before it died out. Giffgaff is another people like.

Prices are rising with every network :( 02 sneakily did that to me this year. Its annoying and cheating I feel. Ofcom ruled out price increases and these guys were the first to cheat around it through "inflation" price increases. Well, I'm sorry but that works both ways. I get no pay rises and inflation devalues whatever I earn. Its no excuse to rake up prices whenever you feel like it.
