Ok let's try to get the on fire/exploding jokes out of the way within the first few posts... or just avoid them altogether as they're only funny when you talk about the Galaxy Note 7

I've been after an S7 but can't justify the price brand new and I've got a good Sim only contract so don't want to pay for another one contract.

They're going for +£350 on eBay with the obvious pitfalls of buying a mobile on there. Smartfonestore isn't much cheaper either.

So here is the non Edge version for £306 on the Refresh deal.
You must know the drill by now on Refresh deals.

Go for the 500MB deal with £90 upfront and £23 monthly
(tip for Refresh: given the choice, always choose lowest monthly payment just in case you get charged a few days pro-rata airtime)

The phone element of contract is £9/month x 24=£216
plus the £90 you paid upfront.

Another tip is to order before Friday. The cheeky **** charge your airtime from the day it is dispatched so if you don't get it delivered on weekend then you pay for few days of airtime during that period it's sat in a warehouse!

I'm not sure about unlocking, maybe somebody can answer.

Many of us have successfully used this method to purchase the handset without any issues.

I'm assuming you're talking from personal experience. Did you eventually get your money back?
