All colours available unlike the recent super hot deal for the Gold device at £405! Choose the 3GB Plan at £59.99 upfront and £35.50 per month to achieve the best value for money on this O2 Refresh plan.

Step by step guide for this deal
- - -
1) Follow the get deal button, purchase the £35.50 + £14*24 tariff.
2) Receive your brand new phone and sim card.
3) Put the sim card into your phone and go onto myO2 (app or website) and from there request the unlock code.
4) Call 202 from the same sim card as it will make things much easier, go straight to the I want to leave o2 department or something like that (I think it's thinking of leaving us? Press something) as that will connect you with the right people much quicker.
5) Tell the person you want to pay your device in full and cancel the airtime. They will ask you why, tell them you don't think the airtime is a good value for money, but you want to keep the phone because you think it's an outstanding value for money. They will ask you for card details, you tell those details and that's it, they cancel it for you in about an hour.
6) You own the phone from that point, assumed that you have done this straightaway, there won't be any charges, otherwise you will have to pay as much airtime as you have used.
7) Unlock code will come through in about 2 to 48 hours.
8) In first month they might take the airtime from your bank account through direct debit because they generate the bill the next day you apply for a contract, don't be scared as this will be refunded the next month, if not, call them again.

Many people have taken advantage of refresh offers in the past, myself included. This is a great price for this device if you want it now!

Already posted ? http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/samsung-galaxy-s7-o2-465-99-2499257. Wonder if they'll cancel these orders, sure they seem to monitor things on here as last two cancelled and its a pain if they do a credit check each time to get them removed !

This method is £70 cheaper! I've also never had an order cancelled by O2?

Do these phones have an O2 startup screen? Or any branding on the back of the phone? Thanks

Good deal but I'll wait for a refurb or a drop in price for the s7. Last year December paid £260 brand new for a s6 from 02 refresh. Can't afford to pay £395.99 for a handset that will quickly loose it's value

From the deal link, click 'View our tariffs', then show more is under the first set of tariffs.

It says device cash price is £465. Will O2 charge this if I cancel the airtime plan?

you're looking at the wrong plan, should say total device price is £395.99

EDIT my bad I see what you mean now and no it will be fine I've done this before and its the total amount payable for device which you will pay

Have you applied for credit elsewhere recently? Too many credit applications and you'll get refused.

I did a refresh deal a couple of weeks ago on a samsung S2 8in tablet and it all went perfectly. Unlocked in 1.5 hours device paid off and airtime cancelled without any hassle at all. The tablet ended up costing me £129ish and its fabulous. My device was a 'refurb as new' but had only been originally activated 4 weeks earlier. When I quizzed the o2 guy about that he said the majority were just 14 day returns but I suppose that was just pot luck. I'd recommend this route if the device and price suits.

What is the lowest that this has been? I'm tempted but I'm not sure how good a price this is. I'm still using my S4 which I bought via HUKD a few years ago for £330!

Even for phones that have only existed for 1-2 years??

Great deal OP. Anyone know if this is locked to the the O2 variant of the OS even when unlocked? Always concerned when you're waiting for the network to update the firmware! Thx.

I'd like to go for this but won't be at my billing address until the end of the week and can't collect in store. If order today but can't do anything with the phone until Saturday will I end up paying a months worth of the airtime contract?

Would be helpful if anyone can confirm or offer any insights.
