Mild annoyance at most
IF Apple lose (and there is no guarantee of this) then they would pay damages of about $10million to Samsung for lost sales. Apple earnt more than that in the time it took me to write that sentence.

Owned an Asus Eee Pad Transformer and returned it after I did further research and found out about the 10.1 Tab.
I have an iPod Touch which I am happy with, but the Web browsing on this Tab is far more enjoyable and given the lightweight design I was never going to chose an iPad 2 over this.
Great price for an original product.
