Samsung galaxy y - 300 mins 1000 texts, Truly Unlimited Data - £7.50 pm - mobiles.co.uk
Just spotted this deal on mobiles.co.uk, Samsung galaxy y (great little android phone) with 300 minutes and 1000 texts plus properly unlimited data. £18 a month but with cashback it takes it down to £7.50.
Done some digging on talkmobile's t's & c's and the Internet usage has no cap at all, check out the link below
www.talkmobile.co.uk/help/termsandconditions.html
Plus there's £50 cashback through quidco (hurry on this cos it ends on the 6th feb). If you get this and claim your cashback it takes the line rental down to £5.42 for all the Internet you could ever need! A bargain in my books.
First post so go easy and I know cashbacks aren't popular but I think this is a great deal, ordered mine so will update if and when I get it tomorrow!

£50 quidco is already in the calculation
If quidco is included in the calculation then it worsens your deal. It's not a guaranteed payout.

samsung galaxy y - rubbish
Galaxy y does the job for me, my main uses are Facebook and apps so this should be more than up to the job. For those who don't like the look of the galaxy y I found a few other phones on the same plan while I was reading up on the cashback terms last night.
You might not get the same deal - the cheap cost is what sold the y to me - but if it's the Internet data that tickled your fancy you might find something you like here:

Early days for me as a mobiles.co.uk customer but all good so far!

Cheers.
The Samsung Galaxy Y is a bit dated/crap but for sale on Amazon for £104.99 or eBay for £85 so would probably just sell this on as I am after the tariff rather than the phone.
£432 (£18 x 24 months) for the contract
- £252.00 redemption offer (5 x £50.40)
- £70 selling the handset
- £50 cashback buying through quidco
= £60 roughly for 24 months of unlimited data with enough minutes and texts for most peoples usage so about £2.50 a month over the whole contract period with nothing up front.
Am I missing something?
Please could someone explain the cashback set up as I don't understand it! ( LUDITE ALERT!!!)
