The one I used this week would let you use your finger nail to select things, which made me think it was resistive. Also, it didn't support multi-touch (i.e. zooming in/out by gestures... like on the iphone) which also made me think it was resistive.

I bought this phone as spare for when my minutes run out on the Galaxy S. Very impressed by this phone capacitive screen, very fast, gps, long battery life, android apps like skype work on it etc. I paid £89 so this is a good deal. The only disappointment is the low quality screen and the annoying unnecessary D pad.

In a white box. Looks new. No headphones. No SD card. Looks new.
