I just took a risk, and order this.

# Brand: Samung
# Type: LE32A430

Is that really a 4 series?
And is this better or worse than the Amazon one?

Nice TV although I'd go for 1080p if you can afford the extra.

What's the Currys code anyone please?

RGBDirect have always been an excellent company and were around long before Intenet shopping.

According to the discussion on ibood, the LE32A430 doesn't have a DVB-T tuner.

Would have thought that would be standard on a tv with the rest of the spec it has?

EDIT: The spec on ibood says...'IDTV/ready: ready '

Does this mean it has integrated Digital TV?

Think i'm gonna check my nearest Richer Sounds later on, see if they have either of the sets posted on here in stock, and hopefully on display top see them in action.

FOr those wanting 1080p the Toshiba 32XV555DB has just dropped to £405 at Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0013HKTF0

Higher up/newer model I believe to the one (32XV505DB) in Currys http://www.home-entertainment.toshiba.co.uk/Regza-LCD-TV/30-39-LCD-TV-screen-size/32-Regza-LCD-TV-XV-Series/

In stock

i have used Richer sounds a few times they have always been really helpful they actually have answers to your questions and generally have good prices, had an issue once and they went out of their way to help, in my eyes far better cust service than currys dixon etc

With Richer Sounds pricebeat will be £10 cheaper £316.90!

Perhaps worth spending an extra £20 on the LE32A457 also at Richer Sounds - it's a 4 series with 3 x HDMI and better contrast ratio.

Bought one on Friday at my local Richer Sounds: no problem with stock, sales person was very helpful (even carried it to my car) and it's only £35 for a five year warranty - compare that to the cost of the Amazon set with extra warranty.

Very impressed with the TV so far, streets ahead of my previous (Goodmans) LCD. Just waiting for Sky to install my HD box now...
