nothing wrong with posting a negative, but as long a it is backed up with reasonable reasons. I believe a deal is hotter if it is for a product with great reviews compared to a deal on a product with bad reviews

btw this is an awesome deal!

yes leave negs by all means,by only if it is based on something constuctive.

not just having a pop at the poster or some one who agrees with then

Again, exactly the reason I dont post deals on here anymore. I got slated in the one and only one I did! :x

Don't worry about cold votes it too much! It's not all about the heat, for me it's about finding a nice deal and sharing it, and if someone finds it helpful it's an added bonus.
I know some of the critics on here can be overly rash at times, just don't take it personally......george...

nice deal, 32" is such a tricky one. LCD suit them better, but only the high range are perfect, else u get that fast motion blur. but plasma only get good at bigger screen size to reduce that.

A decent samsung under 300 is ideal, might check it out at a store before i commit £300 tho.

thanks

err 720p? why bother?

Because at 32" 1080p is totally overkill.

I have one of these.

Really good TV for the money.

Feels and looks quality.

Does anyone believe that the Sony KDL32V4000U outperforms this Samsung, Im looking for something for SD picture plus Xbox 360 gaming, I just cant decide between these 2 televisions, especially now they are both the same price:?

with samsung, the higher the series number, the higher the spec.
the richer sounds is a series 3, and this one is series 4 (the first number after le32a)

i was thinking of both samsung and sony with the same needs as you.
Went for the sony as the samsung had a lot of input lag, which can effect your gaming.

If you don't know about it i'll explain. It's the time taken for the pictures fed into the tv from your xbox, sattelite tv box etc. to be displayed on the screen after the tv has processed the picture.
It doesn't matter when watching tv, but playing a game for instance, you fire a shot at a moving target, but you miss cos you fired too late as your tv didn't show you until `1/2 second after your xbox did the event. It's not as long as 1/2 second, I exaggerating the point.

stand in your local comet/currys and watch all the tv's playing the same feed. You'll see some tv's ever so slightly behind others during scene changes. You'll see it in your periferall (spelling?) vision.

If gaming is important, it's an issue to consider

It's a good tv but very high in electricity use. I'd go for the Sony KDL32v4000 from comet for £329 because you will recoup the extra £30 in about 6 months usage. The Sony has a much lower power usage which will save you even more over the next few years.

Get the tv from currys.
currys will price match and give 10% extra differnce.

Depends what your native feed and viewing distance is I suppose, still debatable. Still good price though.
