Instore deal only

If you're in the market for a 32 inch LCD TV, the Samsung LE32b350 is a stunner of a deal.

At the heart of this Samsung 32 inch LCD TV is Samsung's Wide Colour Enhancer 2 engine. This unique Samsung system offers far more natural and convincing colours by strengthening the red, green and blues. A high contrast ratio also gives the LE32b350 excellent depth of image with subtle shading.

Although we'd always recommend a separate home cinema system, the Samsung's built-in SRS Tru-Surround HD system gives a useful boost to audio performance. With indirect firing technology the speakers create a spacious sound that's complemented by the SRS Tru-Surround system.

Twin rear-mounted HDMI sockets allow for the connection of 2 High Definition sources, such as an HD-TV box and Blu-ray player. In addition to this, the LE32b350 boasts SCART and component connections for your analogue sources. Furthermore, the PC input makes this attractive TV the perfect complement to your home computer - especially when used in conjunction with the Samsung's special Game Mode. Topping off the wide range of sockets is a digital optical sound output - ideal for connecting this Samsung 32 inch LCD TV to your home cinema for a useful upgrade in sound quality.

For a quality 32 inch LCD TV with a performance that belies the price, the Samsung LE32b350 makes a mockery of its rivals.

bargain, would prob go for it, but I got lucky on ebid & got a sharp 32" HD/freeview/LCD for £96 delivered!. Seriously though I was gonna get robbed on it too, but nope, all was good! looked to be ex display as box open, but all as new, incl. the pack of crappy batteries that come with!

Nice, shame richer sounds don't always let you check stock online though.

It's one ugly set like. It looks like something from the 80's a talking prop on Red Dwarf, which for Samsung is crackers considering their usual high standards.

Bought one of these a few months ago but didnt like it so moved it on

I have this TV and I can assure you it's not. Have you seen one in the flesh or going by the picture? I admit the picture doesn't look great.

Had one but returned it back to the store as the built in free-view was terrible and could only pick up a few channels. Got a Toshiba now which is great.

Which Tosh did you get? I'm looking at buying something for the In Laws and had narrowed it down to the Sammy 350 or 450 ... Price up to £350 ....

Hi

I had this tv for 2 weeks and can say it was OK, but then bought an LG LH3000 which is 1080p and it looks awesome!

1080p is a big diffrence and yes you can notice it on a 32";-)

You really cant notice it, the reason is the LG is a miles better television.

+1 on lg, i sit close to the tv thats how i notice.

32" + 1080p = sitting distance 5 feet for 20/20, or a little more if better than 20/20.

Most people are a lot further away, so worthless for them to have 1080p.

720p.

Seen it a couple of times in RS funnily enough when i first started searching for a set for the bedroom; it's stand out ugly compared to everything that was in the shop.

It's ugliness is on par with a Goodmans set or some cheap brand, its (for my tastes) horrific, but reasonably priced at £260 for a 32" Sammy.

LG dont use samsung panels ( SPVA ) LG use LG/ Philips based panels ( IPS )

Plus panel is about 1/3 of a screen as much of the quality is the filters and processing. The panel is a very small part.

Ive seen a 32" cheapo screen with a samsung panel in it, it was still a rubbish television. Yet samsung make good panels.

Maybe if you're watching SD (and even then you're usually better using external processing). Definitely not for HD though - almost always the best settings are to turn off all processing.
