heh I've been researching for a HDTV for **** knows how long and can never make a decision, kinda hard when I've read that they have some considerable input lag when you play on a PS3, and can't exactly walk into a shop with a ps3 and ask if I can plug it in...

The input lag can be virtually eliminated on many models of TV. The picture processing (used to enhance the picture) means the feed has to be buffered for several seconds which is the reason for input lag. On many TVs, you can switch off processing (many manufacturers call this "game mode") and you will find that the lag is eliminated.

Can still be ordered for this price using the link given before http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003EEM1M4/ref=pd_luc_mri?ie=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

And amazon honour these prices when they get more stock in, etc.

Should be unexpired (reporting this post so a mod sees it)

I'm in a similar position - reading hundreds of reviews and umm-ing and ahh-ing for ages, in the knowledge that it probably won't make a jot of difference in the end.

If it helps at all, I've never experienced any problems playing Xbox on my 32" Samsung. To be honest, there's probably about as much lag between your controller and the console as there is between the console and the telly.

I have this tv, payed 369 for it erlier in the year, and I thinkit's worth every penny. ... especially the media player function :)
