Doesn't seem to be working for me when I enter the voucher in, shame really as it looks pretty awesome for the money.

Mine is to kill my overdraft to pay for it lol
#12
wish i had the money too
#13
If only i had the money for this. A 37" LCD for under £500 BARGIN
#14
I strongly recommend against buying from Empire direct, see my other posts for details as why. do some google and you'll know that most of ED good deals are actually bait and switch.
#15
Is this an older series?
#16
Yes this is a "slightly" older series as Samsung have in the last few months brought out the new series 4, 5 & 6 though apart from a few tweaks here and there they might not be much of an improvement just a refresh.
#17
definitely hot. Great TV for great price. Grab one before it runs out or they correct the price
#19
...and the coupon code worked (once I used "edsave" as detailed).

Looks like just what we wanted - brill!

#21
The panel is only 1024x768 so no native 1080p
#22
This screen is definitely native 1080p. I was gonna buy one a while back but ended up getting a newer model.

#24

this is FALSE, there are no big 1024x768 LCD TVs, and all 1080P LCD TVs run at full 1080P resolution, 1920x1080 pixels

This samsung LCD TV is full 1080P resolution/compatible

Also not true, not all 1080P run at full 1920x1080, some 1366x768 panels have to downscale the image.
#31
voucher not working for me either??

Thats what i meant by 1080P LCD TVs, otherwise i would have said 1080P "compatible" LCD TVs
#33
so...anyone got these vouchers to work?
#34
The price has gone up! Shame - just getting ready to buy.
#35
I and many others it seems had no problems getting the voucher to knock the price down. I can only assume that those with issues were not putting both the code and username in correctly else there may have been a cookie on their machine from a previous visit conflicting with the code. I got mine inc the 3 yr warrenty thing for ~£480 which is a damn fine price IMO. Just hope I get one without issues, as some of the first ones shipped were problematic to say the least
#36
does anyone know if john lewis would price match this tv? id sure love a 5 yr warranty with it!
there is an Empire direct store in manchester and JL Handforth would be the place id try to match i imagine! never done a PM before though so any help would be appreciated if its feasible!
ta :p
