Ok how to get for this price. You need to be a MBNA cardholder or know someone who has one(not difficult as one of biggest card companies). Go to http://www. mbna.co.uk/lifestyle and enter in Rewards as the password. This then gives you the ability to buy gift vouchers for DSG stores (incl Currys) at 9 % discount by clicking the "high street" tab. Order £700 cost £637 free delivery. When you get them use quidco to reserve and collect from Currys website for £34.95 quidco. making net cost £602.05 and you'll get £1 change from your vouchers (probably in a voucher!) Using this method to obtain discounts in addition to sale prices opens up loads of possibilities with lots of retailers, and with some get quidco too!
this tv also available at argos, use same techneque with kingfisher vouchers at argos, but no quidco here.

Where are you getting £602.05 from?

you buy £700 vouchers as described. they actually cost £637 because you get a discount on the website www.mbna.co.uk/lifestyle (follow instructions in my earlier post). then you use quidco for £34.95 rebate. the net cost is therefore £602.05:santa
ok its a bit of work but £602 for a 1080 resolution 42 inch samsung telly. surprised this is being voted cold.

I'm not a MBNA member so this deal doesn't appeal to me and as you can see from the temperature it looks like I'm not alone.

How long does it take to get the vouchers once they have been ordered?
We will endeavour to dispatch all vouchers within 72 hours, subject to cleared funds, however please allow up to 5 working days.

Even if you pay £5 and get next day delivery, it can take them upto 72 hours just to dispatch!! Meaning you will probably get them in 4 days - by then the deal could have finished and your stuck with £700 worth of vouchers!

This really is not a deal!

The vouchers are a deal... just not the TV. Also quidco is not to be included in the final price.

As such i have clicked SPAM.

LE40N87BDX is the special offer Tv that no-one has any stock of, and is full HD 1080p.
The LE40M87BDX is teh next model up at £999, and also is full HD 1080p.
The LE40R88BD one for £699 IS NOT 1080p. Has a lower contrast ratio and is an older model.
