This LCD TV is superb.
#7
It's an LCD, 50Hz really isn't a problem.

Good tv!
#8
Heat and rep.
#9
not bad price for a 46incher,

They were rolling out of Comet today! 50Hz is probably what made it a bargain price I presume. There was a Panasonic for the same price and size but its a Plasma it was 200/400Hz or something crazy but then its a plasma.

Don't be taken in by this 400/600hz nonsense that is being quoted by the Plasma manufacturers atm as that has nothing to do with the actual output ... they are plain and simply 100hz TV's - they simply want to make them seem something special.;-)

Yeh it was Im looking on the website and its not listed or it is but a higher price! hereThey even gave us a Deals sheet but already knew gonna take this one and we left it instore I should have kept it being a HUKD member . Fairly sure it was Panasonic 46 at the same price because thats what made me think hold on they are both the same price and size just Panasonic was higher refresh rate thinking why? BUT then saw it was Plasma. It was the Yeading Store if that help.

lol the 400/600hz referes to brightness not motion

Your probably right then, given the surprise in what I said it being 46 at the price. They do brightness in Hz?? aint it lumens, either way I couldn't picture a measurement of brightness. Except dim medium and bright.

Agreed I can see loads of these TV's with inbuilt freeview being cleared starting in February/March when the 2010 range start appearing with inbuilt HD Freeview ... so if you are looking for a bargain that might be the real time to pick something tasty up.

Manufacturers and resellers will be looking to make a tasty profit on these new HD Freeview sets so will want to clear anything that doesn't have that tech out the door sharpish.;-)

Perhaps the 600hz lie should be amended? Or what?
