I spent about a grand on this at Christmas. This is a cracker of a TV and gets very good reviews.
I got it on the strength of its 2d picture.
There are some comments about occasional 1 sec blinks on avforums but it rarely happens for me - ive noticed 1 in the last 2 weeks.
Note Only comes with one set of 3d glasses.

The Samsung LE46C750 makes large screen 3D TV more affordable than ever before.
With its combination of Hyper Real 3D and Wide Colour Enhancer LCD technology, this 3D Samsung TV draws you into the action more than any 46 inch LCD TV has ever done before. Samsung innovation has even made it possible to convert your favourite 2D movies to 3D. More depth, more scale and truer image colour; the LE46C750 makes watching TV an experience of rich sensations. Of course, the LE46C750 offers an awful lot more than just 3D processing to make it such a compelling TV. A contrast ratio of 300,000:1 is superb for an LCD TV and gives this 3D TV convincing blacks. Whether you're watching in 3D or 2D, the LE46C750 has class-leading depth of image with inky dark blacks and brilliant colour reproduction. Added to this is Samsung's unique Wide Colour Enhancer. This uses pixel analysis techniques to stretch each pixel to its 3-dimensional limit giving a massive range of colour and texture variations. In addition to this awesome spec is, of course, 1080p Full HD resolution. 3D has taken vision into a new dimension but with the LE46c750 it starts from rock solid foundations.
Living up to such an awesome visual experience was never going to easy for the onboard audio system and so it proves it can't match the encapsulating picture. More than ever for a TV like this, you really need to get a 3D Ready AV system to match. That said, there's a reasonably powerful amplifier built-in and SRS TheatreSound for a more spacious and enveloping experience. What's more, thanks to the Audio Return function on the v1.4 HDMI sockets you can route the TV's sound back to your AV amp without the need for a separate cable.
As impressive as the picture is on this 46 inch 3D Samsung TV, it's good to see that they haven't left it at that. In terms of connectivity, the LE46c750 is again, ahead of the competition. Full wireless DLNA connection lets you connect up to your wireless home hub from which you can access the Internet and share music, video and photo files from PC, laptop or NAS (Network Attached Storage) system. The more traditional connections are well covered by the Samsung 3D TV, too. Twin USB connections let you play your digital pictures and videos from media device through TV. Then of course there're the 4 HDMI sockets for full connectivity with your home cinema system.
As with other Samsung 3D TVs, the LE46c750 looks the part whether switched on or off. The slim black frame looks sleek and yet doesn't distract from the picture. Included with the TV is a designer, four-point stand that not only [adds stability and design flair to the TV but also swivels for the best viewing angle.
If you've always fancied 3D TV but have been put off by the price, now's the time to check out the Samsung LE46c750.
