e-buyer do a free 5 day delivery which I have used a quite few times.

Only once have I ever had to wait 5 days, most time it comes after a day or two.

If you are in no hurry then the e-buyer free delivery is an option.

I agree, mostly it is 2-3 days and normally delivered by or before 3'o clock at least in most of south east london

Replacement cartridge £47.68???????? Why not buy a new printer each time? Very wasteful! Voted cold for this reason.

I am afraid your logic does not work. This is a common fallacy but the toner cartridges supplied with the printer are only part full.

You can always try to refill the cartridges yourself - aparently it's quite easy and not messy with the Samsung Cartridges.

Agreed. I had an ML1210 which I refilled a couple of times before print quality got noticeably worse - cost per refill was about £6, I think.

i attempted to re-fill mine on my 1610 and it didnt work after a few months of it collecting dust i log onto ebay to find you can buy them for around £16 and since i have printed approx 1500-2000 pages and its still going strong

We've got quite a few Samsung ML1510 at work and I refil these all the time. Very easy and works brilliantly. Only pay 13.083 for 2 refils from Cartridgeco.

So probably same for this model.

Voted hot!

Been intrested in a laser printer for ages, may get this.

Can't say enough good things about this printer.
I bought toner from here, 14.50 for three toner refills (17 including delivery):
https://www.tximedia.co.uk/acatalog/samsung_ML-2010_Laser_Cartridge_Refill_ML2010_.html

Even comes with the kit to refill the cartridge, very simple just unscrew two screws and pour in the powder, shake it about and bob's your uncle.

I bought one of these about a year ago from ebuyer - best printer I've ever owned... still not used up my first cartridge and I print loads :)

Would highly recommend!

I also have one of these from ValueShop last year. I bought toner refill; £6.50 for 9000 pages worth! I've had 2500 pages out of it and it's going strong :)

When it breaks im going to buy a whole new printer, as it's cheaper than a new cartridge!

I bought this printer for teaching last year, it's an amazing little printer at a great price. The ink cartridge that comes with it is good for 1000 prints. I replaced it with a non-Samsung cartridge when it eventually ran out for half of the price, and this is good for 3000 prints.

It's extremely fast when compared to an inkjet printer. Takes mere seconds for a print to come out after I have hit print on my PC. It does around 20 ppm.

A fantastic laser printer for the home or small office. Only gripe is that it doesn't have an ethernet port.

Voted hot none the less.

Just caved in and ordered one! I have got to sell some stuff!!!

Voted hot. I remember these from college. Reliable printers and the toner lasts pretty long.

Going to order one of these.

Anyone know if the toner for the ML-2010 will be compatable with this? as not sure what the "R" on this one means.

Also does a USB cable come with this? haven't bought a printer in years.

Doesnt seem to be any noticeable difference between this and the normal version, so not sure what the R stands for.

Doesnt come with a USB Cable

I have one of these as well from ebuyer, suprisingly no one has mentioned how noisy this can be! Not the best for a quiet environment imo.

Also i have refilled mines twice with toner from ebay. This second one i think is responsible for making me feel drowsy and dizzy i think. Ever since i stopped using it, them symptoms have stopped.

This Samsung printer has been around this price point for absolutely months and months on ebuyer. Not a particularly new deal.

It's also worth bearing in mind that you get what you pay for with printers...

All lasers printers produce some slightly toxic fumes (and photocopiers..same tech), but not in great quantites

Ozone, carbon monoxide, amonst others. If you were using it in a poorly ventilated room, then it was probably the CO that gave you dizzyness.... just open the window occasionally ...
