OK, 6-cell battery, but seriously, £269? You can get those for around £150 with 3-cell battery + buy a 6-cell for £30 = £180 buys you 13-15 hrs life.

Can you point me in the right direction? I need to get a netbook for work, and I don't really need something too expensive.

It says N120 in the title (not sure what the difference is between the models, specs look the same to me).
You can get cheap netbooks with same specs (N450, 1gb ram, 160gb hdd, web cam, 3-cell battery, windows 7) for between £150 and £200 on fleabay with 12 months warranty (Argos outlet). I bought my MSI U130 for £125 a while ago from Argos and it was "like new". Even the protective film was still on. (Has the same specs as the Samsung N210, except smaller HDD and smaller battery).
BTW: their prices are arbertory (same netbooks for different prices) so keep looking for the cheaper prices.

Sold! Before I go ahead with this purchase, can you tell me if it's paying the extra for Windows 7?

I guess it's more of a personal preference whether to go for Windows XP or Windows 7. Whichever operating system you choose you may want to upgrade the memory to 2GB (from 1GB) which is easily done via a hatch in the back. This can also cost around £30 but you can sell the original 1GB memory module on Ebay for around £8-£10 making the upgrade cost around £20. I chose the XP and will be doing the memory upgrade when I get it. :)
