Got one of these, they are wicked... Has excellent battery life huge hard drive, bluetooth, wifi n, cam, and windows 7 starter which is great.

Only thing you need to do when you buy one is fully remove the virus software that it ships with and install microsoft security essentials instead.

Also go to the Samsung n130/n140 forums they show you how to tweak it..

This plays iplayer and youtube with no problems ....its a excellent bit of kit!

+1 - Good runners, especially after maxing out the RAM; I've got one myself with Windows XP Professional and 7 Professional dual-booting on it nicely. In addition to that they can be set-up as a Hacintosh with Mac OS X, as it's covered over at various user communities & forums including the MyMacNetbook one (http://www.mymacnetbook.com/).

Is this better than the NC10?

I would say better but that's my personal opinion.

I picked up my NC10 at an auction randomly and after later researching I realised I got lucky with one of the best netbooks that was made. What's the difference mainly between the other models? Also have you maxed out your ram, I'm looking for a 2gb stick

this is better than the nc10, same innards but a better touchpad, better speakers and a 10hr battery compared to the 6 hour one shipped with the nc10

im on one now, from the CPW deal in feb for £230
well worth the money but win 7 starter is a pile of poop, so i put xp pro on as its a work horse and need the best compatibility with other devices.

6 cell - around 5 hours depending on what you use it for!

i bought this netbook for my mum, its great and simple to use. However i found that its a bit slow at times when you are multi tasking etc. If you want something simple with good features this netbook is great. If you are willing to spend a bit, get the acer ferarri one. Its amazing, its fast and really powerful and runs smoothly like a normal laptop.

NC10 was good i agree but the N220 is far better now.
