[Added: Just to confirm, I've bitten the bullet and made my order. Going through QuidCo and using one of the £7 discount codes in the original post, I got this for £208.02 delivered.]

Hi all - I don't post much, but thought this one worth a shout.

Allegedly one of the best netbooks on the market, even though it's been around a while

Review at:

It's hard to get these cheap, but this one's available today for £220 + £5.90 postage... (QuidCo would take an additional 3% off this, I believe).

I think this might be my time to buy.

Apologies if I've messed up this post in any way.

Dave

[Edit: I clearly did mess up, as the price has been corrected to pre-QuidCo price - apologies]

Got one of these a few weeks ago. It came in at £209 with codes and cashback.

Despite everyone saying Pixmania would takes ages to send, the instruction manual would be in the French, and the adapter would have a French plug on, it didn't and was in my hand within 6 days - despite the bad weather,

Nah it all comes from a british warehouse, from the same group that do Dixons I think.

But I still would not touch them with a bargepole. Try returning any goods that a faulty, or in my case mis-represented. It costs you £60 to send high value goods back to their returns department in Paris.(and all delivery costs are non refundable)

+£5 for delivery, ok i suppose, for a netbook, which are grossly overpriced for what you get...
