heat added

its £90 more than the aspire deal and its delivered (no chasing about like with the aspire one deal)

furthermore
- it comes with XP
- it has a huge 6 cell (7hr) battery life
- has a 10.1" screen
- and its won lots of awards!

good deal !!!

(PS i bought the aspire one deal - but i have to be impartial!)

#5
Do a search for samsung netbook-should see pink and black.

Hot deal, but I wouldn't rely on the quidco. My last 2 additions direct purchases have had quidco declined for no good reason. Apparently Quidco are looking into it - See http://www.quidco.com/quidclans/littlewoods-additions-cashback-declined

It wont let me add free postage voucher but has accepted discount. Any ideas?

To be honest I only noticed the free postage one after testing the 30% off code, I did not actually try adding the free postage code too. If someone else confirms it doesn't work I will take it off the deal.

www.quidco.com

This site allows you to earn cashback on stuff you buy online. It's not 100% guaranteed but I would say it works at least 95% of the time.

You sign up @ quidco and follow the link from quidco to the site you are buying from. Quidco get money from that site as commission on the sale since from their perspective Quidco brought you to the site.
Quidco then give you all the commission instead of keeping it. Thier fee is £5 a year for the service but this is not an upfront charge, it is taken out of your commission.

I posted this this deal this morning, and someone else pointed out he had posted it yesterday. My posting was subsequently pulled by the mods (ouch). So wtf? Not that it's any skin off my nose..

Anyone know if these come with 3g antenna/sim slot? Or if it's an easy upgrade? I have a 3g card I could use.
#23
This is a very good price for such a great little netbook. I paid £304 for mine a few months ago and was pleased with the price at the time. As well as the normal use for a netbook I use mine extensively as a portable media player for all types of media, music and video. The only problem I found with it is that the sound output is a little low through the speaker but seems OK with headphoned. With the correct codecs installed it will play 720P HD MKV's and can output these (using a VGA lead and jack to jack audio lead) to a LCD tv in high quality.
#24
typing this from an NC10 now (got for £239 from Viking) - good deal!

EDIT - No 3G and not easy to add one - Get a German one (without Bluetooth) if you want 3G from the factory.

I ordered one, but I previously ordered from a diff place and got sent a white by accident. This time I definitely clicked the black one, but when I look in my account it says SAMSUNG 10.2IN NETBOOK ONE SIZE ONE COLOUR. Please can someone confirm if your orders say the same, as I saw the while one and I dont like it at all?

Thanks

Jim

Great stuff - thanks!

Was tempted by the Panasonic Lumix TZ6 (digital camera) at the same time using the code (works out at £170-odd) but resisted on financial basis!

Mines the same, use the product code (in the purchase details) to search and it will take you back to the page with the black one on it.
