Your rejection will just waste your time , however , they have a lot of time to waste and they do not care about that.

When you pay with Paypal, It says: Payment will be taken when your goods are ready for shipping.. Lucky if payment has been deducted before shipping the item as you can claim for breach of contract..

shipment is irrelevant but if they take payment before the cancellations, then because of the breach of their contract, you can claim that they have to honour the misprice because of the 'acceptance' of the contract.
