DO NOT WASTE time on that . Just to give your details to the website and receving their information about product out of controlled in the future. Avoid/

That's probably what it is in fairness, but that's why I use my spam filter. And they'll be straight on it when I get the rejection email.

Your rejection will just waste your time , however , they have a lot of time to waste and they do not care about that.

If you read their terms and conditions...

"In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund. "

    From their T&C:

"No contract exists between you and us until we notify you that we have accepted your order. We are not obliged to accept your order.
    ...
We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order.
    ...
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown."

    From their confirmation email:

We won't take any money from your chosen payment method until we're ready to despatch, at which point your order will be officially "accepted". We'll confirm this in writing by email on the evening of despatch.

So if your payment method is charged, they have to give you the items legally. Thats why i paid via paypal... more likely to be charged. :p

Um, self-promo, anyone? Just seems kinda suss, when you consider that the OP registered only to post this deal then never returned to post again, and happens to share a surname with the company's owner, David Atherton.

When you pay with Paypal, It says: Payment will be taken when your goods are ready for shipping.. Lucky if payment has been deducted before shipping the item as you can claim for breach of contract..

shipment is irrelevant but if they take payment before the cancellations, then because of the breach of their contract, you can claim that they have to honour the misprice because of the 'acceptance' of the contract.

Lol...Another price glitch. Ordered x3. Fingers crossed but like most things in life, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Was lucky that I got my x2 Panasonic VIERA 50'' TX-P50ST30B 3D Plasma TV M&S Offer Of The Day £599 5 year M&S Guarantee GLITCH £199 so who knows until the next few days.

Probably will appear on national papers/IT blogs.
