depends on what your using it for, if your gaming on it, buy the lg one, but for tv I would go for the samsung one has better contrast and more hdmi ports. Also the extra inches will help!

from all my time learning about TVs thats pretty much not true, especially in the case of 600hz here, thats just a load of rubbish, it interpolates the same frame over and overa again.. ElliotC might read this though and be able to advise better

screen on a plasma refreshes at around 0.001 ms
way way quicker than an LCD
less motion blur.
very common knowledge. consult AVforums for the truth

Pc world. Currys and dixons. Are all same company go back and ask why there not all same deals. Ask to price match it. Or threten to bring it back. It's worth a shot. 30quid is 30 quid

looking for a cheap 1080 full hd plasma 40-42 inch for main tv any suggestions crew?
#20
they are NOT the same company. Same parent group, Dixons Retail.
Dixons is online ONLY. so they will not usually price match.
for the sake of £30 they might refund the difference but it'll be down to the managers discretion

kinda makes sense, i knew they were meant to be better for movies but not the sports thing.. allways keen to learn though, why they worse with gaming then?
