It is 569.99 instore and online but asked instore and they knocked it down to 550. Just booting it up but the reviews are all positive considering it has a Blu Ray player and GFX card to match.

It's Blu Ray not Blue Ray.

So what did you ask ???

I just asked what the best price they could give it to me for. I can't see why people are voting cold considering it is a stellar price. Yes, it may only be 20 quid less than it is going for in sales but it is a wicked laptop for the price.

Vista rather than Windows 7, no HDMI... not sure this is such a good deal. Look like you're paying an extra £100 for the Blu Ray drive.

LOL -of course it's got HDMI output, what would be the point of Bluray drive otherwise???

There are four USB ports including a chargeable USB port, so you can charge compatible devices such as mp3 players even if the notebook is turned off. One USB port can also be used as an eSATA connection offering data transfer speeds of 3GB per second! Other connections includes a 3-in-1 Card Reader that provides a convenient way to transfer files to and from SD, SDHC and MMC cards and HDMI for outputting HD video – Great for watching Blu-ray discs on your HDTV.

Are you aware that 'LOL' stands for 'laugh out loud'? If so - really? You laughed out loud at that? :p
