Yeah, missed this but Saveonlaptops appears to be the current in stock best price.

I've bought from both outfits, and I have to say from a customer satisfaction point of view I prefer Amazon, but to state the obvious, we don't all have the same experience so we all make the most sound choice we can based on information from a variety of sources including personal experience.

As you'll be getting exactly the same laptop, obviously not...

Unless theres something wrong with it when it arrives, or you need some customer service... etc, etc.

It was a smart question, and your answer doesn't take account of the variables.

Looks like decent value, anyway, but I don't know if it's a hot deal, per se. Seems to be around the same price at a bunch of places...?

Saveonlaptops are fine to deal with, a friend bought a laptop from them last year, and after he had a couple of problems in the first few of weeks, they offered him a full refund or exchange.

They have mostly good reviews -

(take into consideration people are much more likely to write reviews when they have a problem, yet they still seem to do well).

Amazon actually score a fair bit lower -
http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews3366.html

Please don't presume I didn't consider the variables...

Someone posted the Saveonlaptops deal here -

No HDMI

I got this laptop last week, happy with it so far.
#16
No HDMI, No Gigabit Ethernet, and only integrated graphics makes it kinda low-spec.
Ok for budget users.
