errrm, the link takes you to a nondescript CPW screen, where you cant get a price on anything , how is this a deal?
#2

#3
Oh no, there are no matching deals!

s7 for 10 pounds?
#5
I have voted cold.
#6
Yeah this was actually a deal (kinda). Everything goes through at £10, webiste, reciept etc. but what they actually charge you is £559.00

So if you bought one of these check your credit card to what it actually cost you.

I ordered one this morning and then offer disappeared off the website. I note the confirmation email said :

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. Occasionally, we have to reject orders for the reasons beyond our control - if this is the case, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know why.

Just waiting for them to change their minds ....

Just because you never doesn't mean nobody did. When I get back home tomorrow I will scan and show you a copy of my sheet I got from DPD (delivery company) yesterday. It was a Black Friday Bunduru and I lucked out. Honestly, I have no reason to lie and will show you tomorrow.

I ordered one. I got an email to confirm I had placed order, then I was expecting a cancellation email. I got another email to confirm my order had been processed and despatched by DPD, this second email also contained a link with a DPD tracking number. So I followed link, tracked parcel, it said collected from warehouse. I also got txt messages saying your parcel will be delivered 26th. On the 26th I tracked the parcel again and it said return to consignor has been requested. So I contacted DPD who confirmed they had my parcel. I told DPD I wanted the delivery and not to return. They told me they had been instructed by carphone warehouse to return the parcel to them and they had to follow such instruction. I have since spoke to carphone warehouse on several occasions, each time the advisor either came up with a different 'story' or simply just hang up. Now I fully understand they can get away with not honouring a deal prior to despatch but surely after they have despatched the order they are deemed to have accepted my order??

I paid with my BT reward card which only had £125 on to start with so they can't have charged me £559

They fixed it and took £559 out of my account- then cancelled the order. My bank thought it was fraud and blocked my card... Still waiting for a refund.

ya the did that to me with another phone same deal tho free phone glitch and £10 top up at EE,

took full price and ship it, rather that cancelling (witch i told then to do before they shipped it after i checking my pending transactions), a few days ago i just reminded them that all i agreed to pay was the price i agreed to at the time of the order (and that would be how my creditcard and the financial ombudsman would see it to.. due to this line
3.1. The price of the Goods or Services (if any) shall be the price of which we inform you prior to accepting your order. Prices include VAT at current rates unless stated otherwise, so unless they told you before they charged you that they would charge you full price, they own terms are against them)

a few days later the refunded the extra, they took from the bank so the total was just £10, and got a free phone (well sold on ebay for £120 this morning, as cash is more useful then the phone to me), for all of a few emails

i really dont get why this is so cold, well ofc theres that the price is fixed now, tho it does happen all the time on CPW's site,

since as long as you paid on a credit card, it was a risk free glitch, and one that mosst of the smart people did get a free phone(s) from, due to CPW rather than cancelling desided to take the full price and hope the buyer didnt see it and or mind paying it,

just like this last weekend with them not charging the top up price at checkout on most of they PAYG range (i.e pixi 3 3.5 / hauwei y3 / levono B and a few others i cant remember payg for £9.99/£29.99/£49.99 + £15 top up, but not £15 top up needed when on vodafone or o2s network)
