I have the model below that (got it for £59.99 at Comet). It is a neat camera with a crisp screen and the feature that I needed; manual mode - unusual on compact cameras. If you are after a compact camera i would recommend it (though it seems to go through the batteries pretty quick, better get rechargeable)
I got a D60 for use at work for £59.99 at Comet, it's a great little camera for the money.
dont forget 5% discount code when you use a ucas card and quidco.

me thinks this is a good deal too for those interested...
Reasonable deal, but a lesser camera than the Fujifilm F20, which is also for £70. The F20 seems to be getting better reviews than the S730, despite being slightly older.
Go for the Fuji F20 personally, esp. since it comes with a rechargeable battery pack, which lasts a very long time.

After shipping and VAT it comes to Total inc. VAT £52.87

Not that great a deal really when u consider it may be repaired/2nd hand/marked etc.
Where is the Fuijfilm F20 available for £70?
Where is the Fuijfilm F20 available for £70?

Ditto would like to know!

£74.97 is best I can do for F20 from here (tesco). So ditto on the 70, might be interested...

Thought the Fuji uses XD cards which cost more than the Samsung's SD cards
XD are generally around twice the price than SD Cards, well 2GB one's are anyway.
Sorry, I don't know where to get it for £70. I meant it more like, you rather spend £5 on the Fuji F20 @ Tesco if you can't find the £70 deal, esp. since you need to spend more on batteries/recharble pack etc on the Samsung. and the F20 has a superb battery life! You can easily take 200 images minimum no problem (never had the chance to take more than that without a charge, and when I did take 200, had plenty of juice left).

Check out Pricerunner for the best xD card prices :)
DarkT_ropper, Morpheus, B33r : Its available for £70 with the £5 discount tesco direct voucher TDX-CT32K7 (unless you have already used it).
Does anybody know if the samsung has pictbridge so it can print direct to a printer with pictbridge facility?
