Hmm.. looking for a new camera.. what's this one like? What battery/memory card does it take? How does it charge the batteries? What is the video fps? Can you transfer the photos direct in XP/OSX, or do you have to use Samsung software?

The Samsung D760 is a high resolution digital camera that is equipped with a true-colour filtered 7.2 mega-pixel CCD. You can use Samsung D760 to produce great images and take detailed photos for printing up to poster size.

The DIS technology prevents the degradation of image clarity and colour common to flash photography. With DIS the effects of camera shake are reduced in low light conditions. You can even take well exposed, sharper pictures in low light without using a flash at all. It guarantees brighter and more natural pictures.

Make sure you capture all the faces in your picture. Face detection detects up to 9 faces and automatically focuses on them so that the brightness of the faces are adjusted optimally for beautiful portrait pictures. Another handy function from Samsung is the Self Portrait function which notifies you when you and 2 friends are located properly in the centre of a picture. No more cutting off heads in the shot!

You have a choice of scene modes to help you get the perfect shot in any situation. By automatically adjusting the camera's setting according to the situation, you can be sure of getting great pictures effortlessly. The scene modes provided are Night, Children, Landscape, Macro, Sunset, Dawn, Backlight, Fireworks, Beach and Snow and Text.

Not sure how to post link but its catalogue number 560 7587. If you go to the Argos website and search on the catalogue number it brings it up. I picked mine up yesterday and I'm really pleased with it.

For an extra £4.50I have returned the S860 which was £53.79 and gone for the S1065 which is the 10mp for £58.29.
