Thanks OP, just what I need, was going to buy one at the end of the month when they become available, saved me nearly 40 quid, nice. Just need the Orchid Grey to be the same price now as I need to order one for the mrs.

Amazon are brilliant for phones...I wasn't happy with my z3 after around 3 months and they took it back and gave me a refund...which funnily enough coincided with the z5 coming out X)

yeah man i love the amazon ecosystem. by ecosystem i mean the services they provide.

my nexus 5 x bootlooped, and i tried LG but got nowhere i just thought it was another dead phone on my hands, i went to buy a new phone realised i bought the 5x through amazon spoke to a customer service agent and they said no probs send it back! it was only 11 months old but to get a full refund was great and so easy. i sent back other phone that i found had malware on it and i got a refund before they even received the package! it makes me confident in buying almost anything. they also have the 30 day returns policy where most people have 14 days, and you may return things just because you changed your mind. for £10 extra its a large incentive to buy from amazon because i trust them and they've been great to me in the past.

Luckily who has it ordered will pay the lowest price. I was thinking about cancelling my preorder, but since it's 40 pounds cheaper now I might as well keep it. Nice surprise from amazon tho, didn't expect it to go down at all. Guess they don't want people cancelling their black S8 preorders.

I was going to pre order it on Monday, guessing i'll have to wait to see if it comes back down in price again and then just go for it.

Just ordered an S8 plus from Very instead of waiting, got it for 779 minus 10% on the first order so works out about 705 with delivery, being delivered at the end of the month so happy days.
