Sorry dont know if this is a deal or not - but I just wanted to say - I saw wall-e on my mates Technika 32"
in the £199 deal in tesco last week - it was on blu-ray and i have to say the picture was awesome the individual detail was amazing.

Any idea which of the major players technika shares its panels with ??

im not sure but technika are not that good of a company.

The tv your friend has is good but it only supports up to720p whereas this samsung supports 1080p and the only reason it looked good was because it was on bluray. normal def and especially Hi def Tv would look much better on the samsung than the technika.

Alright, didn't know that. Thanks. I dont think it broadcasts at 1080p though does it?

guess for £199 that is quite a good deal but im not sure if it would be as good as the samsung.
