Not much good if you don't have a local RicherSounds as it's a instore only deal though so hit and miss if they'll have it.
Agreed re RS stock but JL will likely price match so that widens the availability. Didn't say the deal was bad just nothing special relative - I'm currently looking for a 32" for my olds and atm this looks the best bet.
