I'm in the market for a new tv but not sure yet what i want to say for features wise and Samsung don't make it easy with a million different models. Can't really say if this tv is a good deal or not as haven't Googled it to compare and right now i don't feel an urge to so for that reason im not voting either way

You have my vote for most pointless and useless post so far.....

Can anyone please tell me how the 50Hz compares to the 100Hz on certain tvs

Well, it's not so much the difference between the T.Vs but rather the inner feeling of disappointment knowing that your T.V does not have the 100Hz feature that you so much crave. Sitting there watching Bear Grylls sucking the living life out of a headless toad in 100Hz is a thing of dreams. In 50Hz not so much, you'll experience this niggling feeling which won't die away constantly reminding you that a better viewing experience does exist. No matter how much you deny it, that feeling will not cease to exist and it will haunt you until you surrender your 50Hz piece of **** and buy the glorious almighty 100Hz orgasmic beast. Need i say more?

*Great* TV! None of the crippled SMART TV stuff, just a superb picture in a slim bezel for a decent price

Out of stock for delivery on site.

Ordered for later delivery after they get more stock, guess I can cancel anyway if something better comes up. 5% quidco too makes this effectively around 330.

Is the picture that good, saw it in comet and sd pic didnt look great, not sure if it was the setup, i am also conserned about no connections on the side, how would it effect wall mounting.

do have any motion blur or artifacts on sd pic?
    LOUGHBORO GUY
You have to tweak the picture settings backlight and contrast at 100 etc also standard setting in my view better than movie mode etc the sd picture on mine is close to the freeview hd picture ! I would advise wall mounting not slim enough ??!! I cannot see any motion blur on mine it was compared next to a £700 sony picture i couldnt tell difference but thats my eyes we are all different !!

meant to say i wouldnt advise wall mounting !

Ive seen a review where wattage was tested on this TV & the max output they could get was 45 Watt's & the picture is ment to be very good on SD & Exellent on HD , Blu-Ray & Xbox.

You have to remember that this tv is a new 2012 model with freeview hd built in its a bargain for under £400 here or on amazon

Why? I wall mounted one for my Grandma over the weekend. Looks smart and neat, and frees up the space on the cabinet where it was.

The picture quality was good, and she says she can hear it fine (no subtitles,) so the sound must be good also. Remember the slimmer the TV, the smaller the speakers they have to squeeze in, so in effect compromise on sound quality.

I would say this TV is superb value. Couple of niggles that I noticed, no side headphone/HDMI sockets (as someone mentioned,) and no name of program when you switch channels.

Always think the samsung's look the best in the shops. With the 5% quidco making this approx 330. Absolute bargain! So tempted, but might have to resist..:)
