This LCD TV is at an already discounted price of £629.99 which I couldn't find better anywhere else so was surprised to find a further £100 off with the included voucher. Here is a link to the voucher if you are having problems finding the link on the product page. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/ArgosPromo3/includeName/samsungvoucheroffer.htm
Voucher can be used for home delivery or in store pick-up.

There is other series 6 TVs in this voucher offer but none seem to be already as discounted as much as this one. I have seen this TV in other stores for as much as £799 so cracking deal even without the voucher. I'm glad I got one.

but the set isn't LED anyway is it ? ie £100 off shouldn't apply. Still if it's what you want and they give it you at that price can't be bad.

Never saw that and check though hotukdeals when I was looking for this particular TV as well. Can't believe it's not hotter. Unfortunately it isn't LED but a very good TV all the same.

I bought the same one earlier in the week and am hating it. Planning to take it back. Did you calibrate it randomly to your preference or using suggested settings from somewhere?

The link peahead posted seems to help with standard definition feeds. May be like me you had a much smaller CRT TV before and only notice the lousy feed supplied by budget compressed digital Sky channels. My friend says the Freeview compression is even worst. Hoping my new up scaling DVD and Bluray player will make the picture even better than it is already. Must say though out of all the TVs I have been looking at over the last couple of months this has the best picture with the exception of the Samsung LED range.

Got this shortly after Christmas for the £530 (ie, with the extra £100 discount). Have to say, great TV. Remarkable picture. Been watching Band of Brothers on blu-ray (via PS3). Absolutely stunning. Any bad picture with freeview is more likely to be because of the poor standard def compression used to cram in so many channels in to the frequency spectrum. With the right input it looks amazing.

I'm waiting for the led range to drop more, why buy old tech.

Why wait for LED to drop when 3D is coming this year too.:w00t:

Be warned, the £100 offer ends today. You may still be able to reserve today and collect tomorrow though?
