your link isn't working mate.. Edit: link sorted thanks.

Good deal, but personally I prefer the monitors with HDMI so that you can game on them too, like the Iiyama E2407HDS-1 prolite for approx £189 from

But at the minute it's not showing as in stock or anything. Anyway heat added as I'm sure this will appeal to people that don't want to use it for gaming.
Nice HDMI is the new way to go but better then the D-SUB monitors that keep getting posted!
How is this compare to 2494HS?
I just received this monitor yesterday (from ebuyer). Its excellent as far as TN panel monitors go. The DVI port has HDCP and can be used for connecting to playsation / xbox etc.., but you'd have to unplug your PC cable to swap them over.

This one has more screen space, less clutter on speakers etc, and is a newer model.

I have one, and for a TN (next to my I-PVA) it's brilliant. Samsung are really pushing the boundaries of even TN technology..

Its similar. The one you've quoted is actuaully lower resolution, 1920x1080 (the exact native res for HD). That one would probably be better for PS, xbox etc as it also has the extra HDMI socket.

4% quidco

Makes it slightly cheaper even with the delivery charge.

This doesn't have HDMI
I've gone one of these, they are incredible monitors. I love mine and they look gorgeous. I paid about £200 for mine on Amazon so this is a little cheaper.

Once you calibrate one of these babies, they are about as faultless as I've ever seen for every task you want to throw at them. Movies, games, working in apps. Could not recommend these highly enough.
