I have this monitor with the freeview built in (Which this one has not got) and it is a fantastic monitor, as a dell registered partner I have tried all the top of the range dell monitors and this monitor leaves them all behind...

Are you sure it comes with a 3 year warranty, I can't see it on the Dabs description?

I think all Samsung monitors come with a 3 year warranty from Samsung. I have the 20" version of this and I love it (I paid around £138 for it almost a year ago and that was by far the cheapest then!)

voted hot.
Great price for the monitor but resolution is poor - I remember the days when a fine pitch and high resolution was the order of the day. We seem to be having a worse resolution these days with huge great pixels......

ice.

Good find!

I already have one of this model... and I'm seriously tempted to buy another one to go for dual output.

Good monitor, though I did get 2 dead pixels after 6 months of having it :(

i got the 20" version for my girlfriend, its a nice looking monitor. not a bad price either

I'm debating between this, the 24" IHD Ilyama for £10 more on Dabs or a cheap generic LCD. Does anyone know if a DVI cable is included in the box? It would be good to know if I need to get one separately. Thanks
#15
As this dosnt have Hdmi can you see the next best 720p using the Dvi slot ?

I purchased a couple of Samsung 19" Widescreen Monitors about 6 Months ago, also from Dabs. I've had no issues with them, they work, and look great. It's definitely worth paying slightly more for the samsung than going for the cheaper value brands.

Hdmi option would be nice but there dosnt seem to be to many 22"-26" inch bargains around at the moment. To be honest 720 would be good enough.
