Samsung Tocco F480 - free phone with 7 months free line rental on a 12 month Vodafone contract (choice of 2 tariffs) + £50 QuidCo
THIS DEAL IS BACK!! :-) It hit 190 last time, before it became expired...
Phones4U have the excellent Samsung Tocco F480 for free on a Vodafone contract with 7 months free line rental on a 12 month contract, saving you £280 over the 12 month period. So, for £200 (after cashback) you get the Samsung Tocco (for free), 12 months line rental (after which you may cancel the contract), and inclusive minutes and texts each month; the amount depending on the tariff that you choose. This works out at just £16.67 per month after cashback - a huge reduction on the £40 per month which these great tariffs are usually priced at. Purchase via QuidCo for £50 in extra cashback, bringing the price down to a mere £150.
**This phone would cost in the region of £280 or more if purchased on pay as you go, so this works out a lot cheaper and you get the minutes/texts too!!**
There's a choice of tariff on this deal. The two tariffs available are Anytime Calls 40 and Anytime Text 40. Anytime Calls 40 has an initial outlay of £40 per month, and offers 700 anytime, any network minutes and 250 text messages per month. Anytime Text 40 has an initial outlay of £40 per month, and offers 600 anytime, any network minutes and 500 text messages per month.
The Samsung F480 Toccos name derives from the Italian word for touch, which is evidently relevant in the handsets new haptic vibrating touch screen that responds to human interaction. The Samsung Toccos design is true class, compact elegance, and high sophistication all classically protected within a pure leather case. The detail in craftsmanship applied to the Tocco is consistent throughout the phones materialistic and technological attributes, and simply holding the phone delivers a reassuring feel of expense. Constructed in a similar form to the fashionable Samsung Armani, the Tocco expresses an aesthetic appeal un-rivalled by its predecessors. The Samsung Tocco delivers a highly detailed 5 mega-pixel camera, with flash and face detection for all variety of photos. Additionally, the Tocco offers a download speed of 7.2 Mbps, which is extremely competitive against the rest of the market. To sum the Samsung Tocco up, this mobile phone is a collaboration of beauty and technology.
This offer works by cashback which you claim from Phones4U at specified intervals. You have a massively generous 60 days to send the claim. You must have paid each bill in its entirety, so please only use this deal if you can afford to pay the bills on time and remember to keep on top of the cashback. Use recorded delivery when sending the claims, or better still - special delivery with consequential loss cover. Phones4U are a large high street firm, and are fairly reliable when it comes to cashback.
**Remember to decline/cancel the insurance that they try to give you as it can be very expensive!!**

With a whopping £50 cashback when you purchase via QuidCo.com, a great tariff and a cool 60 days to send in your claim, this actually works out cheaper than buying this fantastic phone on pay as you go!!
This deal will end at the end of the month, or when their stock runs out. They do usually run out of stock first...

Not necessarily true. Vodafone apparantly unlock contract phones for free now. :)
o2 deals tend to be 18 month contracts these days...
I think Viewty owners might say the opposite. :?
* When your claim is processed, you will be sent a new claim form (where applicable) to enable you to process your next claim.
* Any failed claim invalidates all future claims.

If you follow my guide then you shouldn't have a problem.
No, it doesn't invalidate it at all. :)
All vodafone contract phones are unlocked as standard these days, if you have an existing contract and its locked you fill out an online form and they send you the code with instructions on how to enter it for your phone. So no if vodafone unlock your phone it will not invalidate the warranty
rep left  Now i'm trying to find where the anytime 40 calls offer has gone:?

P4U have confirmed that they have made a mistake, but the Anytime 40 Calls tariff unfortunately won't appear on their website until early tomorrow morning...
I have had this phone from P4U on Vodafone a week and it is indeed unlocked as my O2 sim works in it fine. It is a branded phone though with the Vodafone name & logo just above the buttons and the Samsung name above the screen, and you also get a Vodafone start up screen. The touchscreen works fine for me, but if its your first one then it will take some getting used to and if you like rapid texting it will probably drive you mad. I think the phone has a nice feel about it quality wise. I had read reports about dropped calls though and its happened to me a couple of times, but its too early to say if its a phone fault or network fault (or maybe a combination?) as I'm a bit disappointed with Vodafone signal where I live, and I also cant get 3G at the moment so I will be ringing their technical people to ask why when it looks fine on their coverage map. It works ok a couple of miles down the road though!
I jumped on the Nokia 6300 12 months free that Phones4U did about 18 months ago and they paid all £480 perfectly.
I've used them since and can recommend them; but, like anything, you have to be able to follow the instructions to the letter otherwise you'll foul up......
