As seen above, the bill for First Claim is the 4th bill which shows 120 days of connection and so on. Make one like this, based on your Date of Connection and Date on your First bill, for successful cashback. All cashback applications must be submitted within 30 days from the corresponding bill date and by recorded delivery.

Thanks Edi. :)

really want to go for one of these 'cashback' deals but not really sure if it's worth the risk of going through the claims process. Cant afford to be £420 out of pocket. seems to be a mixed bag of reviews aswell.

Although I havent dealt with PhoneBoxDirect, I have claimed 5/5 cashback successfully from CoolNewMobile (sis site of PhoneBoxDirect). The T&C's are the same; you are expected to submit the relevant 'original bills' within 30 days & by recorded delivery. Cashback by redemption in 5 stages and you have to be vigilant all the time

Caution. I got a phone from this company last year and despite entering my bank details they failed to set up a direct debit to pay the bill, I didn't notice this and went in to arrears. The terms of the cashback are that you must always pay your bill on time so they refused to payout. When I challenged this they told me it was my responsibility to ensure payment is made. an expensive mistake.
I have ordered several phones from dialaphone over the years and never had a problem.

Welcome to HUKD julianp :)

Sorry to learn that but looks like an isolated issue to me as setting up DD dont fail normally.

I suspect this is more a red phone than pink judging from the other Samsung Pink phones. Just FYI.:)

They haven't set up my DD yet either, or even activated my Vodafone sim - it's been nearly 2 weeks since I got the phone too. This doesn't bother me as I use another contract anyway, but it's annoying to have to chase it up.

Phoned them last week, was told it would be fixed the next day. Wasn't.
