Good deal but their T&Cs won’t appeal to everyone:

“All applications will be verified for eligibility upon receipt.
Mobiles2YourDoor reserve the right to refuse to accept applications at our sole discretion.
When your claim is processed, you will be sent a new claim form (where applicable) to enable you to process your next claim.
Any failed claim invalidates all future claims.”

If you send the T&Cs according to the correct terms then they will pay out the cashback. I'm not entirely sure why the get-out clause "Mobiles2YourDoor reserve the right to refuse to accept applications at our sole discretion" is in there (possibly to direct people to who have messed up claims?) but they can't actually use that on the basis of rejecting a claim, due to the rules on "unfair terms" in contracts/T&Cs.

But hey, the point is - I've never had a problem. And they're very likely to be around when you come to claim your cashback as they are a part of the "4u" group which is owned by a large private company with plenty of funding. The main problem people have been having with cashback is that companies have been too small and haven't managed their finances well and collapsed. M2YD is a solution to that, at least.

I am just wondering why Phones4u did not offer this on their own website and have a new company opened for these kind of ventures?
Maybe in that way they can shut down M2YD whenever they are at loss without any problem.
I know they are one of the most reputed ones left in the market at time
but always be careful....and always remember how much are you risking £480 in this case....

This time last year they were offering 12 month contracts on their website. There was one problem with this: their website was advertised on TV. People were seeing the offers on their site after seeing the adverts and then going into the shops and demanding the same offers.

It was actually beginning to damage Phones4U's image, so they took the cheap deals from the Phones4U site and set up this one (ran by all of the same staff as the Phones4U site) to target a different market than the Phones4U site is targetting... aiming the offers at savvy customers such as those who use HUKD whilst continuing to make higher profits out of members of the public who haven't gotten such a good nose for a bargain.

And Ducky said "let there be deals", and there were deals. And Ducky knew that they were good. Ducky separated the good from the bad, and posted them on HUKD.

Ducky is right!

Got my first cheque from m2yd, took quite a while but reports are that they've fixed the issues and cheques are now arriving very quickly. Several people have received their second now. Part of phones4u so shouldn't be any problems.

Well I bought a cashback phone from them six months ago. They have so far failed to send the first cashback form which was due on 10th May and so far today every time I have called they say they are too busy to take any more calls and hang up.

Don't worry, just chase up the form early rather than late. They might be busy at times, just phone back or phone phones4u.
