It's not smart and it's not 3D, but for £249 I still think it's cheap.

Thanks for posting, price and retailer added to title :)
They seem to be doing a free 5 year guarantee too
Got this last year on Black Friday (before all the hype) - awesome TV.
Defo cheap. Same price as my deal. Not sure which tv is better?
However definately a better deal in terms of 5 years guarantee and the fact Tesco delivery everywhere.
During the Black Friday deals (when we saw all the you tube clips of people fighting over TVs), were they not selling 40" TVs for £250?
Bought this TV the last time it was on offer at this price in Tesco. Great picture quality. Get yourself a Now TV box if you need the 'Smart' TV features (iPlayer, etc).

Blaupunkts not Samsungs.
Not being a brand snob, just so comparison is like for like.
Oh I see.
It does make you wonder why people were willing to physically fight one another for the £250 Blaukpunkt TVs, when you can buy similar online.
Very good price
I bought this same TV from Tesco a year ago for £100 more. The picture quality is excellent even in SD. Sometimes I forget I'm not watching in HD until I change the channel.
£229 with the £20 off code..
I just used the cyber Monday code to get £20 off the price. TDX-KPMG
Why is this deal only 239 degrees?
During black friday, people were physically fighting for £250 TVs.
And this TV is a better deal.
£229 with TDX-KPMG (£20 off a £150 spend on Cyber Monday).......
£229, with 5 year guarantee......this is so hot I've plunged in and ordered one
ordered. Thanks!:D
Has the price now gone upto £299?
I think it is £299 now somehow. was going to buy it for just over £200 with employee discount. gutted it has gone up though!
The links says £299 for me? What's the deal?
Oh yes, look like the price has gone up. Seems a bit cheeky on Tesco's part, "here, have a Black Friday discount code for £20 off"*.

*Never mind that we put the prices up by more than £20.

Glad I got in when I did, although just a text message saying my order would be delayed. I would have actually paid to have it delivered on a specific day when I'd be home, but that usual option wasn't there for some reason. Oh well, hopefully they don't cancel it all together!
