I don't think so but if you have an X BOX or sky like me, you probably won't need it. A Smart TV has all the features X BOX and Sky have, so I was wondering why exactly do need a Smart TV.

Possibly an error by Curries? Argos claims 3 here.

I really don't get the point of curved TV's, dont see what it adds to any viewing experience.

2 hdmi ports? so what get a switch box and stop moaning
#17
Sorry but I have to vote cold. Whenever something goes wrong Currys will do anything to avoid responsibility, Amazon on the other hand I have personally always found particularly good about returns.

For the same price I would never consider PC World to be a good deal

I have a switch port right now, and it doesn't work because my ATV won't output enough power for it to work. My incoming chromecast I doubt will output enough either.

AV Receiver is the true solution for a great setup.

My friend Billy,

Had a four foot telly,

And he showed it to the girl next door,

She thought it was a snake,

So she hit it with a rake,

And now its only 720p

She needs to visit Specsavers, I doubt a TV is any use to her with that eyesight.

But surely, as were not in the stone age, all of your devices are plugged into your av amp/receiver ;-)

John Lewis not stock this, much better company to deal with

Any input lag ms info on this?

Picked up the last one from Wednesbury over the weekend. Looks awesome, good picture quality once you adjust the settings.

However, it doesn't have an ethernet port, nor is it listed as a "smart" TV; yet it does have the option to select wireless network in settings???

Does anyone have any idea whether any smart functions are availabe if I invest in the wifi dongle? Also will a usb splitter work so I can use the dongle or a hard drive without unplugging one.

Can't seem to find anything conclusive on google etc...

True, but most people replace their TV more frequently than their AVR, so £170 for say 5 years isn't really so bad. In my opinion the sound is just as important as the video. By the time you've bought speakers and leads you're probably looking at £400-500 though for a fairly budget system. So often see people with huge HD screens they've spend nearly £1k on, but still use the tinny TV speakers!

The ue40f6320 has a better look and seems better but just smaller. Just my opinion. Still hot though.
