I think only Sony & Panasonic are supporting it still and not for much longer.

I've been looking at alternative stands so that I can still put it on my current stand. Plenty on Amazon.

You can mount it on a Vesa stand - we have a sony for our bedroom which had similar legs, the stand looks fine.

Great find Neen waiting for these Quantum dot as believe these make everything look better not dependant on HDR etc..

Out of stock at most branches. Probably just clearing out the dribs and drabs left.

Hopefully you're not mixing up Quantum Dot and QLED.
QLED is Samsung's new tech, screens start around £2000.

Really that's shocking, I have a 6 series Samsung which got a dead pixel actually a whole column, Samsung within a week replaced the whole panel no questions asked.

Samsung has called its new TVs QLED because they use quantum dot technology on an LED panel. Quantum dot + LED = QLED

Precisely my point? :|
QLED is Samsung's latest aversion to OLED, the Quantum Dot marketing was their previous spin on the technology.
Not really my problem, Samsung's marketing department can try to dig themselves out of this hole.

Good luck finding one, was at richer last week and they said their were none, shame because it's the one I wanted and the new series are too expensive for me really

Cold IMO. 55 KS7000 has just started to drop below £800 in recent weeks so should only be going down.

You're kidding right? I've only known the TV to drop to £799 very briefly at one store.

I was waiting for sub £800 myself, but it appears it absolutely is not happening as the likes of Currys and John Lewis have stopped selling this.

The 'newer' versions are near identical, yet astronomically more expensive, people are aware of this - they are just too popular to drop much more and becoming very difficult to buy.

Check what VESA mounts your actual TV has but this was fine:

Samsung love creating funky names for their products....SUHD...and now QLED. Most independent reviewers saying there is little difference between this years QLED and Quantum dot with the exception of the price tag. I concur after testing a QLED in John Lewis, store model was set to Dynamic Picture settings and brightness at 20. Put it to suggested settings (usually Movie 2) and the wow factor goes. OLED is without a doubt, the future.

Samsung are very rip-off these days, old tech that is very expansive , and have you seen the new TV's are power guzzlers, some are upwards of 250W, take in to account the annual bill before buying them.

Anyone got a good wall bracket for this? Ideally quite slimline, so as close to wall as possible...
#36
Other than this tv, what other 10 bit 4k TVs are there which are good value for money. 49 inch and up... Don't care when it was released

Who looks at energy consumption when buying a Tv ?!? Picture quality not energy consumption. My Samsung is running low as anything, backlight on 8. It tells you when you push one of the buttons. When HDR is on backlight automatically goes to full 20. That's when it uses more energy but who cares the picture is mint.

The reason these tv's won't drop anymore they are near out of stock. If I wanted one I would buy now. But I bought the 55ks8000 instead speakers are far better and the stand and trim far better than 7000. Very happy with it.

Are these actually in Stock anywhere?

1 in Manchester and 1 in Glasgow when I called yesterday - that's it! (but was told they may have been reserved)
