I think your'e right. People don't necessarily know that you can't use any old dongle with Samsung TV's and they have been over £40 and overpriced!
#4
nice price, can this be used on Samsung Blu-Ray players as well?

Found this
The WIS09ABGNX Wireless Dongle is suitable for Samsung TVs including the 6-Series LCD TVs, 7 and 8-Series LED TVs and 6 and 7-Series Plasma TVs. It can also be used to provide access to your home wireless network when used with the BD- P1600, BD-P3600 and BD-P4600 Samsung Blu-ray Players.

I thought there was a generic £15 jobby you could get away with on Samsung TVs?

This is an excellent price and I have ordered mine to go with my 7020 LED TV X)

I wish there was and I have looked at all the online forums. There are 2 alternatives that work, the
Rosewill RNX-N1 which you cannot get in this country (or shipped) and the Intellinet Wireless-N USB Adapter - 523974 which I got from the States. However the Samsung at this price is cheaper than my Intellinet which I just got yesterday! Typical!!

It is indeed a great price, heat from me !

Title misleading a little. Empire Direct went bust. This is Empire Stores totally different company.

Voted hot because of the price.

I have a 7020 as well but don't have a windows machine to stream media from.

Using the USB sockets for media so far have been working for me just fine.

I paid £45 for one of these a few months ago so hot. Newer Samsung Bluerays are coming with WIFI built in so I suppose they had to shift these.

I would blame the name of the deal to be this. Samsung TV Wireless Dongle blah instead
#16
Great price anyway but i opened an account with them and got £15 off my first order over £25.
So for £14 delivered even better

Been to website via Quidco and via 'Go to deal' link, but shows £59

I ordered one of these from samsungconnect and I have to say, I regret it. My tv (b650) has YouTube but it's so cumbersome and limited that it's really not usable.

A nice idea, but poorly executed. At least, for the b650.

Expired.
Cheaper alternative to the now overpriced Samsung that works is the Intellinet Wireless-N USB Adapter - 523974. $46 delivered from the States. Cablesonline is the company via your favourite auction site. Arrived 6 days after ordering.

Not sure why expired.Just ordered one, you have to open a credit account with them (shows up as £59.00 if not)
Used the code ZZ537 for £15 off first order. Cost me £14.....bargain (_;) Voted hot.

I paid in full last night with a debit card and didn't open an account and it was £29.99 for me.

Fast delivery too, ordered about 8:00pm last night and it arrived at 11:00am this morning

Just a shame my BD-C5300 doesn't support the All Share function that other Samsung dvices have (Stream music and movies from a PC wirelessly) and Love Film isn't currently supported by my BD player (Other Samsung online TVs and home cinema amps do) but I'm sure they'll update it soon enough.

Ive tried to order and still comes up at £59. Even asks to call a number to check if you qualify for the £15 initial discount. Think it must be finished?
