Already got one and love it.
When i got my S2 there was a similar deal i sold one, in the end it cost me £200 after fee's all in for the Classic.

I got the Frontier and bought a Samsung brown strap which to me looks the best after combo.

Maybe they need to learn that by aggressively promoting 'great' deals that unlock at midnight, then making people wait even longer... before finally finding a bunch of stuff that is already cheaper elsewhere...

It just annoys people.
Now it is working.

But the prices are really bad.

No deals at all.
They're really bad offers.
Now working and... crappy offers!
Samsung have seriously gone down hill over the last 12 months.
O.K it's live and another let down.
Only 3 mobiles with a small reduction. Other bits and bobs but nothing standing out

do u know how this a5 conpares to,s7
perhaps they think they are getting the 2015 version which is slower. its also slower than j5. but a5 2016 is much improved going by thr better specs

no idea why it's voting so cold either,

Phone on PAYG retails for £260-320 so I Thought it was a bargain. People pay £15 for sim only and here you are getting a good quality phone as well. The website here is amazing. I just ignore the cold voters. If it has helped someone, I am happy.

clueless !!!
why woukd the sell something twice as good for cheaper

Cos it's 13 months later and technology moves on you plank.

It's priced at parity with the Dollar price due to Sterling's recent devaluation... Just like the recent Apple releases.

This is a really good deal, I don't understand why it's cold :(

More than likely the £350 part.

But it's the same price as the Apple Watch Series 2 with the same features but more. I guess it's the ecosystem as well

If you thought this deal got cold post an Apple watch 2 on here at rrp and see how that goes. :)

Mine arrived today. No headphones though despite me emailing and checking I'd get them. I rang and got the impression they thought I was pulling a fast one and that they were in box. Delivery note just said watch and signed for delivery on it. Did others who got headphones get them listed on delivery note in box? Wasn't impressed with ukmail delivery either. Given a time slot. It arrived 2 hrs early despite me having my phone in my hand tracking delivery and it saying it was 2 hrs away. He didn't ask me to sign. I then got a text two hrs later saying I was next delivery. Online it stated it was signed for by me at the later time. I emailed and they denied I got it at the earlier time as the computer doesn't lie.

Exactly the same - emailed to say I was getting the headphones on release date. Got watch, no headphones. Still don't have headphones. Not only that, but Samsung lowered the watch price after pre order and before release. I've been conned.
The lack of LTE is extremely disappointing. Was I really the only one who didn't know this until AFTER I bought it? There's no denying that I do love the watch. It's very classy. But no LTE. No Spotify. No Android Pay. Not many apps. In fact, the Gear App Store looks like a 12 year old designed it. (And no headphones despite a phone call promising. They've promised to rectify it.) Have Samsung lost the plot?

Something that concerns me is that the uk model doesn't have lte (I believe) and the horrible Samsung website seems to suggest that some of the cool functions like music control and answering calls requires what they refer to as Wi-Fi. Does anyone know what this means?
The classic does not have LTE connection but the Frontier does, LTE connection means you need to have the phone within bluetooth distant of the phone - So for example the Frontier you could take on a bike ride and leave the phone at home and still use all the functions where as the classic you would need to have the phone in your pocket

Just to add, it looks like the UK Frontier version does not have LTE capability as our networks don't support native E-Sim. Very disappointing :(

Mine just arrived actually quite compact and neat. It comes with a fast charger stating it must be used, but does not offer a fast charge function (a bit of a let down given it says it is an S7 accessory).

Main bit of advise, USE THE CABLE IN THE BOX, as the male end is not a standard micro USB, i tried my standard S7 charger which would not got, i check then checked and realised they are different - bottom line if you push your S7 cable in you will break the charger port.

The LTE model is only available in the USA, on a version of the Frontier version. I had read about it before ordering, but I can't remember where I saw it.

What I didn't read before ordering is that some features (such as Samsung Pay) are only available in the USA.

The lack of apps is frustrating, as is the fact that the watch doesn't even come with a stopwatch (other than a face with it built in) and a countdown function - you have to download both as two separate apps.

I got the earphones and will be selling them on eBay as I already have wireless earphones.

The ordering process was rubbish for many reasons.

At first, I was minded to return the watch, but I decided to keep it as I don't think there's anything better at the moment, plus the sports functionality works very well - and I want a good looking sports watch. The sleep function often says that I got to sleep for a few hours, wake up and walk around for a few minutes (light activity), then go to sleep again - even when I haven't gotten up to go to the toilet or anything.
The lack of LTE is extremely disappointing. Was I really the only one who didn't know this until AFTER I bought it? There's no denying that I do love the watch. It's very classy. But no LTE. Am still undecided with what to do with mine. I love the look and display of the watch (I have Classic) but am disappointed in the severe lack of apps currently available and the inaccuracy of Samsung Health. Am going to use it to track a run later - one of the key aspects I bought the watch for and see how it performs, that will probably be the deal breaker for me.
It does have GPS standalone.

Here are my thoughts on the watch and why (sadly) I'll be returning it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3LVIBAt9_4&t=628s
Is it right no gps standalone?

I clicked through the my galaxy app to get this deal, the code came up briefly but then disappeared! I had assumed it had just been transferred to my Now TV account but I can't find it anywhere.

What happens if you go via the Samsung app again & choose to sign-in to Now TV from there?

Once signed in to Now TV, you'll get the screen below with the code already filled out, & is self-explanatory what to do next (I've removed the rest of my code from the screenshot).

It appears very tiny on a phone screen so you'll need to squeeze out & enlarge it to see it properly.

People were still making jokes about bendy iphones for ages. I suppose we have a long time yet left of exploding Galaxy jokes. Can you blame them? Unlike bendy iphone, This issue ACTUALLY ENDANGERS LIVES..
It only endangers lives if you're stupid enough to continue to use the device after repeated recalls - the amount of continued issues after the first recall in September was shocking. The cynic in me says some people capitalised on the fault - did you see the guy in America with the crappy Jeep that claimed it was modified and worth tens of thousands! Who leaves the phone charging in their car, on a hot day, with the ignition on and then walks off?
Oh I see, blame the victim. It's their fault, not at all Samsung's. Yep. He should've known that he'd bought an exploding phone. How silly of him.
Yes I am 'blaming the victim', how stupid do you have to be after something is very publicly recalled for being faulty and dangerous to continue using it? We are talking about a phone here so buying a cheap interim handset is not difficult or expensive. If someone told you your car had faulty brakes and to bring it in for service would you keep driving it?
I didn't say Samsung was blameless and there have been countless people who have been trying it on to extract money from their insurance over the recall.
How very shallow and judgemental of you.
not everyone watches the news or even has a television. many don't even read newspapers. so how do you know all this insurance fraud is happening ? insurance claims may be happening but that doesn't mean it's fraud.
Right. So you have a flagship mobile phone and you have no concept of the news or anything else on your always connected smartphone.
The insurance fraud is real; when some people are asked to hand in the devices they mysteriously can't, refuse or just never took it any further. There have been real claims and that's fine but a number have tried to capitalise on the situation. And I really don't care if you think it's judgemental and shallow (what some stranger on the Internet thinks doesn't bother me), there has been enough publicity on this matter that unless you live under a rock virtually everyone knows about it or at least your friends or family do. It's good that you have so much faith in humanity that you think everyone is honest but that's far from the truth.
Edit: I just wanted to add that I didn't fabricate the 'insurance fraud' claim, it was relatively widely documented in the news as well (but obviously not in the same articles as the victim stories)

where did i say have 'no concept of the news' ? I said don't watch the news or read papers. for many people that is a personal choice. it's not an indication of lack of a intellect, technical awareness or being a Luddite.. many people use their smartphone (whether 'flagship' lol or not) to remain in contact with their work and family throughout the day. I have for years travelling overseas. it may surprise you but many people are simply too busy to waste time reading papers and watching the news even if they do own a 'flagship' lol smartphone

I wasn't saying there was no insurance fraud. however, your implication that anyone claiming after it had been in the papers was likely to be committing fraud is clearly erroneous and simply judgemental.

Thanks for this OP. I have a Samsung phone but usually forget to check the offers! Perfect timing on this as I had recently cancelled Movies. For anyone who can see the offer on the Samsung app but not the code - uninstall the NOW TV app first - then from the Samsung app click the relevant button - i.e for new customer or existing customer - the code will then appear in a popup window. You can either continue from there or - sign in to NOW TV elsewhere. i.e from computer, etc... and then once in your account, you can use the code. You will then have to reinstall the NOW TV app if you have uninstalled it!

Hi, I have the code. Does anyone know if I can wait until just before the cut off date 30 November, and then apply to my account, since I don't want to start the pass until the end of next month.
Or can I add the code but not activate the pass until the end of next month, or does it start as soon as I add the code to my account?
Thanks
If you add the code today, it will activate straightway. Codes are valid till 30th and so you can add it on 30th. But to be safe I will be adding mine on 29th.

Really? Any ideas what they have planned.

Bought myself a starter kit for my office. Can make use of the extra sensors somewhere

I believe they may have new motion sensors and contact sensors planned. If you need sensors and can wait for delivery try the Orvibo sensors available on Banggood, Gearbest and other Chinese sites. I use a few. they are cheaper and work as well as the official ones.

The starter kit is good if you are obviously starting out. I do wish they had either prescence sensors or motion sensors in stock as I could use one or two more. That said I think that there may be a couple of new / updated devices coming out very soon.

- made a note of the Code detailed half way down the offer
- logged in my current Sky Cinema account which runs out 26th Aug
- Went to my Passes
- Clicked Apply Voucher
- Applied Voucher and it tells you you will get 3months and it will take £3.33 a month from you when your current one ends.
Very much appreciated OP.
Sorry for the long instruction, but I hope that this helps others. :)
Worked for me using these instructions. Many thanks!

Are you acctually getting 0% interest through paypal, the reason i`m asking is,i was in the samsung shop (which was carphone warehouse) looking at a samsung galaxy s6 edge+,which was priced at £469,thought i would check out samsung website and get it through there paypal payment, the same phone was priced at £629.
Any got the SAVE15NHS voucher to work, comes as code error for me.
All these people complain about the phone cost and then take terrible 24 month phone deals from mobile operators that cost them way more than a new phone + sim only deal.

£629 for a phone?!

...you have to suspect it'd be half this price at most if the ****in' iphone didn't exist!! :|

Wrong

Can't see this option at checkout.
I can see PayPal Credit but it states nothing about being 0%?

So, if you click on the little "i" (info) logo next to PayPal Credit it goes through to the usual blurb which quotes apr's of 17% etc. If you select PayPal Credit as a payment option, the next page displays the 0%.

A little confusing but got there in the end LOL
