  i can't get this to work can someone help please? I have tried to enter code in gift section and advert section and it says its invalid. Is this offer just for existing customers or new customers. I don't want to open an account i want to pay by credit card. I'm new to all this any help/advise would be appreciated.

  I have just used the code and I am an existing customer.I paid with my card.
  
  Put the item in your basket and click checkout.It should guide you through it then......the code is put in a box labeled 'order code' (after you press checkout)

  I enter the code for the sand art set but it doesn't register when I go to pay on my credit card and the total outstanding is the full £5.99?

  I got the same message, but when I hit continue it presented me with my order details and when I click 'Place Order' it has accepted without inputting any card number ! Is there something wrong with their website?

  Had both my Sand Arts delivered yesterday, invoice shows 0.99p each, well happy. jsut checked & there still in stock, grab em while you can, Christmas in 3 weeks.
