  Class is based on write speed. Read speed is higher, you will be mostly reading data from the card. Anyway the simple answer is it won't slow the phone down in general.

  No way! Allthough I don't recommend that you record full 1080p video with the card, best use the built in sd for that. For everything else it should be suitable. I see average write speeds of 4MB/s.

  Huh, the 32GB is showing for £10.75 on amazon at the mo. Both can currently be gotten cheaper on ebay from reputable sellers though.
