Voted code as it's available for £8.99 at Play.com and they also have the 4GB version for £16.99

Hold up......can this be used instead of a memory card on the 360?

Or to even back up data?

you can only use the USB memory to store media (music etc), saved games, demo's and xbox live profiles must be stored in a "proper" memory card or an Xbox HDD. You can use ANY usb drive as I understand it, only tested with a Kingston datatraveller, but it worked right away.

sorry, my fault, improper punctuation, should read:

"you can only use the USB memory to store media (music etc). Saved games, demo's and xbox live profiles must be stored in a "proper" memory card or an Xbox HDD."

USB = music, vids and pictures.
mem card slot/xbox hdd = saved games, marketplace downloads etc.

No they don't, on the site it says "Like any USB drive, this device lets you store any kind of file available on a computer, but since Sandisk intend to use this with the Xbox 360, The main advantage of using the U3 flash drive is its ability to transfer saved game data and Xbox 360 themes from console to console."

Well i'll be sure to complain if it doesn't work, and i will get my money back.

confirmed that this does not work for transfering any save data on the 360.
I spoke to them today and they still claimed it does however I am returning mine for a refund.
