UNBREAKABLE

Its not. Mine broked through normal use.
#2
What the hell did you do to it? It takes 2000lbs of pressure? Did u take it deep sea diving?
#3
Unsinkable too...Oh..wait...
#4
Unbreakable! we'll see about that.
#5
A sideways swipe did for mine whilst plugged into a pc at work :(

they are a cracking piece of kit and I already have a replacement on the way BUT unbreakable? NO!
#6
Wasn't there a comment here recently, that a fair price is about £1 per GB of memory ?

or is that just for the 'breakable' ones !!
#7
Uncrushable, perhaps - but there are many ways to break something

To be fair, the word 'unbreakable' is nowhere in the blurb - I think the OP is taking a bit of a liberty. These drives are tough though, and fast - I have one on my keyring right now. But the previous poster is right - £1 a gb is the price level that makes this sort of memory stick a hot bargain - £2 a gb is nothing special, frankly...

Sorry for "taking a liberty"

Iv edited the title now

I've owned loads of USB pen drives and never broke a single one by force.

The rough price for these things now is £1 per gb, so this is pretty expensive.

BEWARE, this is a rubbish website, their service is appalling. They charged me and then asked my for further documentation. I called them and they said it was ok. Its now a week since and when I check my order status it says Processing order, should be dispatched in the next 24 hours, I guess I have to give them another call on their premium number...oh and btw their chat system has been displaying the message, upgrading since a week...just to give you guys a heads up...

8 quid for 4gb? why is this hot?
#13
Its either the USB drive that breaks or the computer port, theres no way for both to survive. Imagine a USB plugged in on a computer at the front, now imagine dropping a book on it. SNAP goes the USB bit. IF the USB stick is SOOO strong then the USB port will break on the computer.

This is crush proof as in when recessed, I can believe.

for comparison I ordered like any another site and had no problems. I paid via paypal. So bit like play.com then.

The drive is a tough little SOB. My 8gb has been run over and through a washing machine and it's still fine. It's worth a little extra for this.
#16
I've got one of these, but they're too hefty for what they are. I much prefer the Sandisk Cruzer Skin, at about half the weight/size. The U3 software really is a waste of time.

No, the uncrushable nature of the USB pen.
Anything described as "can't be xxxx" that's always the first thing you try.

Anyway the offer wasn't brilliant for it's size/price and it's expired now anyway.

my update about this website...

do not buy from this website, they use cheap tactics. I placed an order with them on the 21st of Jan for the memory stick. They charged me straight away...15 days after I am still trying to call them, their chat is mostly down, when you call their premium number no one answers. Luckily I got hold of a chat operator who said they were waiting for stock and did not when it will arrive and all this while they were only telling me the order was processing...ridiculous service...just got a refund and am happy as I was scared for my money...
