ive posted this before and got slaughtered.

Handy for peeps buying three to split with friends, fiver each, gd times
It's been this price for months i've waited for it to go down but the price hasn't

What is so hard to understand about the benefit of seperate drives? This may not be useful for and individual like yourself, but when you need more than one i.e. for other family members, this works out well.

I think you need to look a little deeper. On the surface, yes, you're right - you could buy a 16GB stick cheaper - however, if you lose it or it gets damaged, then you lose everything on it, all 16GB - if your stuff is spread across multiple sticks, or you simply want to buy a couple to share or have a few spares, then I think this is a decent enough deal.

Credit for explaining why you're voting cold because most people don't bother.
These 4gb drives are a darn sight faster than the £15.50 16gb drives.
3 4GB drive > 1 16GB drive

ive lost data after a drive bricked, three allows 2 back ups
Its been this price for months

Its been this price for months

And because of that, it's cold?

It's an effing good deal whether it was from yesterday or six months ago !
Got two of these type of sticks, one 8gb one 256mb. Both brilliant, fast and very small! Good deal
Good deal - I bought one of these packs before Christmas, but worth noting one thing which proved a pain to me:

They require a high power USB port to work, which means ports on laptops (such as mine) haven't got enough umph to them (though my external powered USB hub works). Desktops should be OK.
Everytime I look these things are cheaper again. This is a good deal, ideal for backing up data, and not trusting to luck. Hot deal. I have the 8gig one of these, its very well made and works perfectly with my lappy. The truth is that I reckon that its not possible to have too many of these. Only drawback is that they do get cheaper over time. C'est la Vie!
Good price on these if you need multiple sticks.

Just a word of warning to anyone who has a Sandisk flash drive as I had an interesting experience recently:
I've got a couple of the 2GB Cruzer Micro skin drives and despite always being very careful with removing them the "safe" way one of them got corrupted and is now useless. I went through the drawn-out RMA (returns claim) procedure with Sandisk and was finally told that I'll need to ship the defective drive to an address in the Czech Republic in appropriate bubble-padded packaging. This would cost me at least as much as buying a new 2GB drive and incur a 3+ week waiting time.

As I've never had to deal with manufacturers of any other flash drives I don't know if this is a typical scenario, but it's worth noting.
I realized one 16GB stick would be better suited to my uses such as transferring 1080p films, which fill 10 GB + each. So if you have large full HD video files, remember that 3 * 4GB would be useless.
Arrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhh these are £26.99 now. I really wanted to get them.

Please expire.

Does anybody knows any other similar deal ?

WOW I think that is great, specially as I really wanted two. Thanks for the help and the info. Rep added
