Avoid mate , I ordered loads with being a photographer but cancelled. Seems people are buying fakes and getting Amazon to replace. Amazon then selling the fake ones on.

As a photographer surely you would know better than to buy a fake card that is slow and will likely fail taking all your photos with it?

It's sold by Amazon so there's literally no risk.

Leave it out mate. Why is it every time there is a good deal there is someone needs to make false allegations with no evidence to back them up. Most likely it is a pricing mistake by amazon - they've suposed to be £13 rather than £3.

I know how to check if an SD card is fake as I have had some in the past and these look and run fine. I have just shot 100 images onto one using a D810 and it writes and reads just fine.

I bought these cards as a backup anyway because I loose so many.

Anyhow loosing images is a pain in the **** and can happen to any card, new or old, and one should always prepare for such an eventuality; however, doing most of my shooting on the legend that is the D700 I do not have the luxury of shooting onto 2 cards.

There is only a single one star review that mentions fake used cards in the last eighteen months or so, and others mentioning fakes could be other sellers in comparison to the numerous excellent ratings.

I've ordered 'Used' cards from Amazon before, no problem with any of them at all.

Multiple people here on HUKD have bought these cards and confirmed they are fake:

I meant that there is no risk because you can easily return it if it's fake. The one I got ended up being fake -- not that big a deal though. I've just contacted Amazon and explained the situation. Since I have no printer they just told me to keep it and refunded me anyway.
