Why would it be fake :|

Amazon are too big to be successfully prosecuted in Britain, their sideline in counterfeit goods is paying off well.

My advice is to order one and then return it to them at their own expense. I wrote "Another Counterfeit item from Amazon" across the box that I recently sent back to them

Because Amazon got a batch of fakes, people have been returning them but Amazon seems to be putting the fakes back for sale as Warehouse deals.
I ordered a 32GB Warehouse deal a few days ago and guess what - it was a fake. Easy to spot because the write protect switch is grey on orginals and yellow on fakes.

Easy to spot its "Sold by Amazon"
I wrote a critical review but Amazon blocked it. Strange how you can give a "bribed" 5* "honest and impartial review" but not a 1*

Amazon warehouse don't check returns so end up selling fakes.

I received a fake Note 4 battery recently from the warehouse sold by Amazon. I know it was a fake because it was slightly bigger and wider than my existing original battery and when it was charging, it got very hot.

Used huh? So does that mean I could recover the previous users photos/music/movies from this?

I also sent back a fake one this week - not impressed - surely they can't go on trying to offload this garbage on public that has a right to expect more from a reputable retailer.

...thought, at least amazon (directly) never sells fake flash media

They wouldn't accept my review, today, of an axe, that they sent just wrapped in a bin-liner.

I ordered a a butchers knife and they posted it through the door, kids got it as it was in the packaging they use for dvds. Luckily I spotted them opening it , Amazon were not interested, simply told me to give packaging feed back.
