Nice one - I got one of these last week from play @ this price but don't forget your quidco which makes it £12.95 delivered!:-D
#3
Nice one, will fit my Nokia 6300 a treat for £12.95

My microsd sandisk from play broke after only three weeks, they would not refund. I know of three people personall who have all had defunct sandisk sd cards.

Please do not trust sandisk with your data. Go for a more reputable firm such as kingston

does anyone know if this will work with the prada phone LGke850? as i heard from someone their 2gb micro card (not this particular one) didn't work.... yes here i am trying to combine two great bargains, the prada phone free 12 month thing posted on here, and now a 2gb card to go with....

or maybe it'd be worth going for the 29.99 4gb micro sd card http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/-/531/688/-/3359487/Sandisk-Micro-SD-4GB-Card/Product.html?searchtype=genre
or the 'premier' 2gb sd micro
http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/-/531/688/-/3358886/SanDisk-Micro-SD-Premier-2GB/Product.html?searchtype=genre
...i'm confused as to what to get, any thoughts anyone? anyone got either?

just a bit! lol :-D

£11.99 from www.xlshop.com but £1.99 delivery. However after quidco this should drop it to a £13.16 as they give 8% (ex.VAT IIRR). Also... you can buy up to 5 cards and still only pay £1.99 for delivery making multiple card purchases much cheaper. Be warned however that xlshop arn't always the quickest to deliver but then my recent experiences with Play would say that they are about even delivery time wise!

Might have to be more careful as to what products take a 4GB card

Looking for a chart to see wheather the difference is worth it at the moment

£12.69 including delivery from picstop.co.uk if you choose 4 day delivery option.

I've used them plenty times and they are an approved Sandisk outfit.
(got nothing to do with them, just a happy customer)

Oh yeah, you can get quidco for picstop too!

£12.95 from w2w with free p&p too!

http://www.w2w.com/moreInfo.asp?code=SANTF2GB&tabGroup=GROUP-PC&tabGrpCode=COMP1&tabselect=TAB4

On a side not here.....
The net has MEGA savings on memory cards!
Eg 2 gig Fuji Xd card £24.99 at play.... http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/3305246/Fuji-xD-Picture-Card-Type-M-2GB/Product.html
The EXACT same card is £49.99 on the high st at argos..... http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5700549.htm

How the HELL can argos justify £25 MORE! Anyone?
#14
Brrrrr Cold Cold Cold....

This is a standard price for the standard Sandisk which in all honesty does not perform as well as the lesser known brands. Check reviews.. its a big secret that Sandisk are amongst the poorest Micro SD cards available.

Avoid!

That one doesn't appear to have an SD adaptor though, which some people may need too?

did this post crack anyone else up?

Certainly didnt crack me up.... or anybody with an M3 orr an MP3 player

Do your internet research & realise just how dodgy Sandisk are! Which is why they are so much cheaper than Kingston et al on Ebay and everywhere else.

Come back to me with a Kingston at this price and I'll be impressed...

oh... and do your research before you slag others with more knowledge off... It only makes you look like an idiot!

You are not buying from here, this site just links to others sites for good deals... The memory card is purchased from www.play.com, a well know and reputable company

£11.70 delivered free here.
#23
for 4 to 7 working day delivery - good price though.
#24
I've used them 4 times for memory cards and they've always arrived within 2-3 days typically. One time it arrived the next morning, bizarrely.

Guess it depends how desperate you are.

Play are however quoting 'Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.'

So no real difference.

Come back to me with a Kingston at this price and I'll be impressed

Kingston 2Gb for £13.99 delivered, at MX2. Comes with an adapter too. Click here for the memory selector. I just bought a 512 Sandisk from there for £3.99 delivered, as per the deal posted today by Beasley, and saw they did cheap Kingston.

Oops! I corrected £2.99 to £3.99. The 256 was £2.99

Previously £14.99?

I bought one from play.com for that 13.49 some while ago. ;-)

2Gb Kingston Micro SD at £14.98 delivered from dvd.co.uk. 2% cashback available with Quidco. Just ordered one
I've always found dvd.co.uk to be reliable, unlike MX2.

This card seems to be really well prices but can someone tell me if:

These cards are fast enough to watch movies on my N95 with or do I need a Premium card???

as I've heard the Premium cards are required for smooth video playback on a phone.
#30
£10.88 here but you have to add shipping so only good if you intend to bulk buy.

Yes indeed! it may be worth shelling out the extra £1.50 for the 'premier' card if you are using it in a digital camera or smartphone etc. You wouldn't notice the difference if you were using it simply for MP3's.

The card here has a 1mb/s read and write speed whereas the 'premier' has 10mb/s read and 9mb/s write with a 10 year warranty (versus the 5 on 'this' stardard one)

So if you look at the speeds of the other cards (kingston etc.) vs the sandisk 'premier' one at this price point it could come out on top
