Google for failures of memory cards... Sandisk Ultra is the best known. Lots of people had trouble with this card...

Does anyone know where to contact if you need help with the warranty on accessories purchased from Vodafone online. Vodafone Customer care are clueless for handling problems with anything other than phones. I bought a headphone from these guys last year with a similar Metro discount but it broke after 3 months. I tried to reach out to Customer Service but they keep saying to visit a Vodafone store who can help even though it is an online purchase.

pavel76 you misunderstood my question, where did YOU get your info? PCadvisor, for example, recommends Samsung cards, where is your comment based on? I have had many Samsungs and they never let me down.

Just my personal understanding, this is one of the most FAKED cards, if you buy from questionable sources, beware...
The fakers, typically fake the top brands, and this is a top brand..
If you suspect you have a dodgy card there is a free programme on the web...something like h2w test...google it...read the explanations..
Fake cards typically are a LOT smaller capacity than stated, they report to your device as being maybe 32gb and may only be 2 !!!...they may have failed final quality control...you just don't know!
Always buy from a quality supplier, this is a Vodafone deal, so WILL be genuine.. efake or famazon...who knows..
I have been caught out previously, hence, I KNOW...
